Waterbury needs a strong economy that benefits all residents. We support:

• Fight for Living wages and fair labor standards for all City Employees.

• Small business growth and tax incentives to create sustainable growth.

• Accessible childcare supporting childcare businesses and training programs.

• Working to increase the affordable housing portfolio in the City of Waterbury.

• Increase funding for programs that service disengaged + at-risk youth.

• Equitable participation in emerging industries, including cannabis.

• Fight for Participatory Budgeting

Labor

We fully support organized labor and workers’ rights, advocating for fair wages, safe workplaces, and secure retirements.

• Stand with and Fight for any and all labor unions in the City, lending support advocacy and physical manpower to stand with the Labor movement in our City.
